4. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation
• Orders placed on weekends/holidays processed on next business day
• You will receive tracking details via email and SMS
• Bulk orders may require additional processing time

6. Delivery Process

What to Expect:

• You will receive call/SMS before delivery

If You're Not Available:

• Delivery partner will leave a note
• Contact courier for re-delivery arrangement
• Provide alternate delivery address if needed

7. Delivery Verification

Important: Please verify your order at the time of delivery

• Check package for visible damage
• Do not accept damaged packages
• Verify product quantity and condition
• Report issues immediately to customer care

8. Failed Delivery

If delivery fails after multiple attempts:

• Order will be returned to our warehouse
• Return shipping charges may apply
• Refund initiated after deducting applicable charges
• Re-delivery available with fresh shipping charges
