Refund & Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products Eligible for Return:
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Products not matching description
Products NOT Eligible for Return:
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Used, worn, or washed products
  • Products with missing tags or labels
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

2. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name and description
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if product is damaged/defective)
Step 2: Return Approval

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and provide return instructions.

Step 3: Ship the Product
  • Pack the product securely in original packaging
  • Include all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Include a copy of the invoice
  • Ship to the address provided by our team
Step 4: Quality Check

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2-3 business days.

3. Refund Process

Refund Timeline:
  • Refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days after quality check
  • Refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days
Refund Methods:
  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment source (Card/UPI/Wallet)
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer (provide account details)
Refund Amount:
  • Full product price will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless we shipped wrong/defective product)
  • Return shipping costs borne by customer (unless product is defective)

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. For size or color changes:

  1. Return the original product following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the desired product
  3. Refund will be processed as per our refund policy

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment:

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Contact us immediately at contacta2znaree@gmail.com

After Shipment:

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or return the product as per our return policy.

Cancellation Refund:

Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Do not accept delivery if package appears damaged
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • We will arrange free pickup and full refund/replacement
  • No questions asked for manufacturing defects

7. Bulk/Wholesale Orders

Special terms apply for wholesale orders:

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects
  • Minimum 20% defect rate required for bulk returns
  • Contact our wholesale team for specific terms

8. Important Notes

  • Return requests made after 7 days will not be entertained
  • Products must be in original, unused condition
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our criteria
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Quality check failures will result in product being sent back to customer
